The Fripp Island Property Owners Association is made up of Fripp Island Property Owners that elect a board to represent them. The Owners Association is responsible for the beauty of the island common areas, lagoons, landscaping and beach accesses. Fripp Island security, the POA buildings and the Bridge Fund are supported by owners lot or home assessment which is $810 in 2008
